Josephine Dadzie is the Global Program Director of Verité’s Forced Labour Indicators Project (FLIP), where she oversees a range of programming to promote awareness, understanding and uptake of forced labour indicators in research and policy. Ms. Dadzie has over 11 years of experience in managing and administrating international development projects, including donor funded projects for both private sector and governments. She has an additional 7+ years in the educational and private sectors. Her experience spans across multiple sectors in labour issues, including a focus on agricultural labour; stakeholder engagement; and liaising between government and the private cocoa sector. She also has expertise in community development and the use of technology to disseminate extension information to farmers and rural communities.
