Ms. Amna Shabbir, a member of the civil service of Pakistan is an alumnus of Ecole National De Administration Paris France. She has studied Public Policy and effective public service delivery. She is a gold medalist in communication studies and change management. Currently, she is posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government of Pakistan's Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and HRD. Her job description includes all labour-related matters including strategizing for the elimination of Child labor. Currently, she is supervising the progress of the national child labour survey being conducted in Pakistan after about 30 years.
